Resistance

One of the things that can arise from this kind of healing work is an inner resistance of some kind. We all experience the challenge of change and the frustration that comes from fighting forces within ourselves. To commiserate in our collective journey, I’ve included a personal poem I recorded called Resistance, that gives voice to my own struggle, and ultimate surrender, with my own inner resistance.
